Hermes Hotel Malia, Malia (Crete)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming, making it perfect for a young crowd. The food at the pool bar was delicious, and overall, the services provided were spot on. However, I did notice that the rooms could use some updating, and the location to the beach was a bit farther than I'd like.

My stay at the hotel was quite memorable. The location was fantastic, close to the nightlife and just a walk away from the beach. The pool area was a highlight, warm and inviting, perfect for relaxation. However, the service could use improvement as some staff interactions felt unwelcoming and dismissive. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are areas that need addressing.
